We love solving problems

At AshtonTucker, we love to solve problems! The more challenging retrofit, the more satisfaction we get when we solve it. Designing a primary clarifier or filtration system to fit in the existing space brings out the best in our engineers. Sometimes the clarifier drive needs to be adapted to fit up to the bridge or existing cage. Not a problem. We replace Eimco, Dorr Oliver, WesTech, Envirex and others as a regular part of our business.

We take the worry out of the installation

If we don’t have the information on file, we will fly to your site and make the measurements to assure a bolt-in replacement is manufactured. Once it is made, we are available to help with the installation. Whether that is using your favorite contractor, or one from our pool of contractors, we will provide as much assistance as you require.

Our process engineers are here to help

We also help with the process side of your flow stream. We provide chemical screenings to determine which chemicals are right for you, and we also provide the chemical dosing system with all the controls needed for successful operation. If you need remote monitoring or control, we can provide the equipment that fits your needs. Mixers for process treatment such as floccuation, or flash mixing are sized by our team, or you can select the ones that meet your needs and purchase directly from our website.

Replacement Parts

We have the parts that are most frequently needed. Skimmers and Skimming systems are probably the most sought after items. Most primary clarifiers have skimmers that wear out over time. Our design helps to lengthen the life of the skimmer by using a wear plate that is easily replaced. Bearings can be purchased from AshtonTucker or from a local bearing supplier. We don’t mind helping you determine if bearings are equivalent. Care should be taken to make sure the appropriate quality is being purchased because we all know what happens if you are using a lesser brand bearing. Seals need to be inspected frequently to make sure they are doing their job of keeping lubricants in and dirt and debris out. If you need something built custom to meet your needs, we are ready to help, so please let us.

Make our day

We love solving problems. Let us help solve yours. New equipment or retrofit equipment, we are here to help. If you need process support, let our engineers be part of your solution. If you just need to keep your equipment running, we can solve that too. We have Eimco Parts, Dorr Parts, Envirex Parts and WesTech Parts, we can help.

Asking questions are truly pleasant thing if you are not understanding anything entirely, but this post offers fastidious understanding yet.
